FIRST OFF, IN REMEMBERANCE OF 9/11
EVERYONE HAVE A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE FAMILIES...
SORRY, I ACCIDENTALLY WENT AWOL AGAIN!!!
NOTHING REALLY EXCITING HAPPENING HERE,
PROBABLY WHY I WENT AWOL!!
THIS POST IS ALSO GOING TO BE MY POST FOR THE
WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE

THIS IS THE ONLY EXCITMENT WE HAVE HAD.......
LET ME EXPLAIN......
MY DOG PETEY
WHO IS A MASTIFF, SO HE IS PRETTY LARGE,
DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING SO STUPID....
I BOUGHT THESE DOG BONES, THEY WERE BASTED
LIKE BONES SHAPED LIKE BONES
AND THEY CAME IN A JUG LIKE THIS
BUT MINE WAS ROUND AND A WEEEE BIT BIGGER....
THE LID WAS OFF AND IT WAS SITTING ON THE COFFEE TABLE ON THE BACKPORCH AND HE DECIDED TO HELP HIMSELF TO A BONE. APPARENLTY HE KNOCKED IT OFF THE TABLE, BUT IT WAS ALMOST EMPTY, PROBABLY ABOUT 10-15 BONES LEFT SO THEY DIDNT FALL OUT, SO HE PROCEEDED TO REACH IN WITH HIS HEAD. THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT WENT IN EASILY, BUT WOULDNT COME OUT AS HIS EARS STUCK COMING BACKWARDS. HE STARTED FREAKING OUT AND WAS GOING CRAZY ON THE BACKPORCH WHEN WE REALIZED SOMETHING WAS GOING ON....
WE GOT HIM IN THE HOUSE, AND REALIZED HE WAS STRUGGLING TO BREATH, AS THE NECK OF THE JUG AND HIS NECK WERE PRETTY TIGHT TOGETHER. WE GOT THE END OF THE JUG OPEN FINALLY SO HE COULD BREATH, THEN I PROCEEDED TO GET MY CAMERA AND VIDEO IT. THEN WE HAD TO CUT IT PEICE BY PIECE TO GET IT OFF. WHAT WAS SO FUNNY IS THAT WHEN HE WAS STUCK AND REALIZED HE COULDNT GET OUT AND COULDNT BREATH, HE STOPPED EATING THE BONES, THEN ONCE WE GOT THE END OPEN, HE RELAXED AND STARTED PIGGING OUT ON THE BONES SO WE HAD TO EMPTY THEM OUT OF THE JUG TO MAKE HIM STOP SO HE DIDNT GET CHOKED. IT WAS DEFINATELY PRETTY DARN HILLARIOUS ONCE HE WAS SAFELY ABLE TO BREATH, BUT BEFORE THEN I WAS FREAKING OUT CAUSE I COULDNT JUST STAB THE JUG AS HIS EYES AND FACE WERE THERE AND I WAS WORRIED ABOUT PUTTING AN EYE OUT..
WELL ANYWAY, THAT WAS THE EXCITMENT I HAD.
HOPE EVERYONE GETS A LAUGH OFF THE VIDEO!!!
SO AS FOR THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE
I WOULD SAY PETEY STICKING HIS HEAD IN THE JUG
WAS VERY UNPREDICTABLE!!!!!!

Cute video by the way - sometimes you gotta wonder what's going through your pets head... I have a bratty cat on my hands, sometimes I have no idea how she comes up with some of the things she does, lol.
That was funny, yet scary at the same time. What if you hadn't been there when he did this? Poor thing could have suffocated. Sounds like something a kid would do. Come to think of it, at times there isn't much difference!!

That was just too funny when you realized he was in no imminent danger. He was so good sitting there...maybe it was just embarassment? And the expression on the other dog's face?!! hahahaha It's like man I'm glad it was you and not me!

Wow, it's a good thing you guys were there! My neighbor's dog got his head stuck in a box of crackers and then fell in their pool and drowned... they weren't home at the time.
Just skimming through some of my old emails and found this...what a freak accident that was! Glad all is well now!
This was great humor. I have a chocolate lab who has pulled more than one of these stunts. LOL Really, I laughed 'til I teared! Thanks for that. Glad your pup is safe!
