  • I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT ANY OF YOU, BUT IT HAS BEEN A HARD PAST FEW DAYS.  MONDAY, I HAD TO HAVE MY BEST FRIEND, PETEY, PUT TO SLEEP.  HE HAD LYMPHOCYSTIC CARCINOMA.  IT WAS ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DO AND BASICALLY THREW ME IN A DOWNWARD SPIRAL OF DEPRESSION.  ANYWAY, I HOPE TO GET AROUND TO VISIT EVERYONE THIS WEEKEND AT SOME POINT.

    THIS IS WHAT I WILL MISS THE MOST. HE USED TO COME UP TO MY DESK AND NUDGE THE BACK OF MY ARM AND IF I DIDNT RECOGNIZE HE WAS THERE, HE WOULD COME AROUND AND GET BETWEEN ME AND THE KEYBOARD WHERE I WOULD HAVE TO STOP.

  • Man do I no how you feel! It hurts so bad! I said no more and here I sat with three of my own and wife, son and daughter have one! (Hugs) Have a good Friday!

  • Oh my gosh... we have a dog at our shelter who looks so much like Petey.  We've named him Spud and he is just the nicest guy.  He will be up for adoption in a week or so. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you miss your best friend.  Dogs are such wonderful, loyal companions.  Take care.
